What we collect

• Your name, email and (optional) phone number.
• Circles you create or join, the members you add, and the contribution records you log.
• Basic device/browser info for security and debugging.

What we don't collect

• Your bank or Mobile Money account credentials.
• Government ID numbers (NRC), which are not required to use the app.
• Location.

Who sees your circle

Only members of a circle can see that circle's records. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. Our staff do not read your circle data except when investigating a support issue you raise.

How we keep it safe

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with a reputable cloud provider. Access controls restrict each circle's data to its members.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email support@chilimba.app and we'll help within 7 days.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
